Descents of rivers UR BIZIA are open to all. Specific age limits are applicable for some sports rivers.
- KNOW HOW TO SWIM 25 m and immerse IS OBLIGATORY
- Being in good physical condition
- No cons to the practice of whitewater sports and outdoor
For all services with minors (young center, homes, leisure centers …) the responsible will stay before the return to management UR BIZIA patents swimming all participants, certified by an swimming instructor. Apart from all organizations, any minor under 12 years must be accompanied on the boat by a parent or other legal representative
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION
As part of a group or entry for many people, the Subscriber undertakes to notify and approve the terms and conditions as well as documentation of training to ALL registered participants.

After booking deposit paid and final number of participants, UR BIZIA do not consider canceling “last minute” except in cases of force majeure (death, hospitalization …) and prepare the invoice based on the number of registered participants when booking.
CANCELLATION
We remind you that the activities of rafting is practiced in rainy weather, participants are equipped with full wetsuits. Consequently, the activities will be maintained by the rain. However as a professional we only decide to cancel the activity if we consider that it can be practiced safely (up water causing a flood).
By cons, if you decide to cancel the activity simply because of rainy weather while the practice conditions are quite workable, the deposit paid will not be refunded and the entire delivery will be charged and must be paid.
In case of force majeure, (death in the family, hospitalization, etc ….) we will retain 10% of the total price of services on proof.
In case of cancellation on our part to inability to carry out the program (unforeseen difficulties, lack of participants …) no compensation can be claimed, but the entire amount paid will be refunded.
We reserve the right, if circumstances so require (weather, flooding river …) and in the interest of participants to modify the program at any time with or without notice.
For security reasons, UR BIZIA reserves the right to cancel the service without compensation, if participants arrive on site activities while inebriety or under the influence of drugs.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
The insurance covers you against any eventuality in canoeing, kayaking, rafting and swimming in whitewater. Content guarantees :
Liability / Personal Accident / Research & Emergency / Medical / Legal advice / assistance. Guarantees apply during any event of accidental character occurring in all of the above activities.
