We decided, in 1991, to create the first white-waters
center in the Basque country. We got and shaped the idea while going
down the Nive river several times. Our motivation was quite simple :
to be able to live in our region on our passion for rafting.

You will be welcomed all though the year by Francis
Darraïdou and Lionel Rossignol, both of them have been state-certificated
sport educators for a dozen years, and by Jackie, the secretary.

The structure is registered at the " Ministère
de la Jeunesse et des Sports " (sports and youth Ministry)
under the number : 064-96-ET-0065. The station has been entitled to have a tourism-related activity by the prefectorial decree n° HA-064-96-0018. It is also an associated member of the french
federation of canoe-kayak.
